Winmau is supporting a brand new Middle East Masters tour in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar.

Two of the best known names in the world of darts, Winmau's Bobby George and Eric Bristow, will be in Dubai next January along with four other professionals to takes part in the first Dubai Darts Masters on 31st January 2013 at the new Marriott Marquis Hote and the Crowne Plaza,in Abu Dhabi.

The evening will have a competitive edge because four Dubai-based players will pre-qualify to take part in a knockout challenge against Colin Lloyd, Martin Adams, Co Stompe and Tony David.

The eventual winner will receive the inaugural Dubai Masters Cup.

David Skidmore, of the promoters Eventoursports, said “Dubai hosts some fantastic sporting events throughout the year but for some reason we have been starved of top quality darts. This event will mix the competitive edge of professional darts with exhibitions by Bobby and Eric.”

Abu Dhabi and Doha will be hosting their own tournaments, on 1st and 7th of February respectively, and both will be played exclusively on the Winmau Blade 4 dartboard. Please check the website for more details: www.eventoursports.com

Winmau and Serbian Darts Federation Renew Sponsorship Agreement?

Following a hugely successful 2012, Winmau and the Dart Federation of Serbia (Dart FS) are delighted to announce a new sponsorship agreement for 2013.

Winmau will once again be the exclusive darts equipment partner of the rapidly expanding Dart FS, which has increased its membership dramatically this year, and they have worked with Winmau’s distributor, Rick’s Technology, to promote and foster the sport across the country.
