Jim Williams and Anastasia Dobromyslova both enter the Northern Ireland Open as number one seeds this weekend.
The tournament, now in its 27th year, will be held at Bellini’s in Newry, and will see over 300 players compete. Northern Ireland’s Kyle McKinstry is this year’s number two seed and will be hoping to emulate his 2017 success and retain the title. Recent World Professional qualifier, Andy Hamilton enters the tournament as number three seed, and Wes Newton is seeded fourth.
Dobromyslova is also defending her 2017 victory, but is joined this year by world number five Lorraine Winstanley, as well as last year’s runner up Paula Jacklin and 2017 semi-finalists Laura Turner and Kirsty Hutchinson.
