ROBBIE AND TRINA ARE BELGIUM OPEN CHAMPIONS
England's ROBBIE GREEN and TRINA GULLIVER triumphed in the Winmau Belgium Open Singles on a day of Olympic Glory at the London Olympics....especially appropriate for Trina, the Winmau sponsored 'Golden Girl' of darts.
In her final, Trina triumphed 2-1 over the in-form Deta Hedman, while Robbie beat reigning 2012 Lakeside World Champion Chritian Kist 3-2.
In the Pairs results were as follows:
LADIES PAIRS: TAMARA SCHUUR & SHARON PRINS (NETH) bt JULE GORE & ZOE JONES 4-2
MEN'S PAIRS: JOHN WALTON & MARTIN ATKINS (ENG) bt KIM & RONNY HUYBRECHTS (NETH) 5-2
MIXED PAIRS: ANNEKE KUIJTEN (NETH) & DARRYL FITTON (ENG) bt MAUD JANSSON (NETH) & DANIEL LARSSON (SWE) 5-4.
